Can I use my own domain for the help center?

Pro and Business both support custom domains for the help center. Pro includes one; Business is unlimited.

Configuration is a single CNAME from your DNS to the airys edge. We provision a TLS certificate automatically via Let's Encrypt and renew it before expiry. No DNS gymnastics, no certificate renewals to track.

The widget can run on any origin — custom domain isn't required for the chat. Custom domain is specifically about hosting the public help-center site under your brand instead of the airys subdomain.
