A visitor clicks the bubble in the corner and types a question. What happens next is the same every time.

  1. airys reads your published articles and answers from them, showing which article it used. The customer can open it to read more.

  2. If nothing you have written covers it, airys says so rather than guessing, and leaves a note for your team.

  3. Your team gets the conversation in the inbox, with everything the customer said already there.

  4. Anyone on your team can step in, and the customer sees they are now talking to a person.

The customer never has to know which of those happened. It is one conversation to them.

What a visitor can do

  • Ask anything, in their own words.

  • Send an image — a screenshot of an error, a photo of a damaged order.

  • Come back later and pick up the same conversation.

  • Rate the conversation when it is resolved.

What it looks like

The bubble uses your colours and your business name, not ours. Customers see your brand, with a small “powered by airys” line in the help site footer and nowhere else.

It can appear in two places: on your website, and on your help site if you switch it on there. It is the same conversation either way — someone who starts on a help page and carries on from your site keeps their history.
