airys is one product that appears in three places. They all share the same articles, the same look, and the same reports. Write something once, and it shows up everywhere it should. Set your branding once, and it carries across all three.
Here is what each place does.
1. The Widget
The Widget is the friendly chat bubble you add to any page on your website. When a customer clicks it, they can ask a question and get an answer right away, drawn from your own help articles. Each answer shows which article it came from, so people can read more if they want. If airys is not sure, ask for direction internally and in some cases it may hand-off the conversation to a human.
2. The Help Center
The Help Center is a public, branded website of all your articles. Anyone can visit it, search it, and find answers on their own. You can host it on a free airys web address or use your own. It is a great place to point people who like to browse and read for themselves.
3. The Dashboard
The Dashboard is where your team works behind the scenes. Here you:
Write and update your help articles
Reply to conversations that come in through the Widget
Guide the AI agent when it needs it
See reports on what people are asking and how airys is doing
One product, everywhere at once
The best part is that these three places stay in step automatically. For example, if you write a new article called "How to reset your password" in the Dashboard, that article instantly becomes searchable in the Help Center, and the Widget can use it to answer customers, too. No copying and pasting.
Branding works the same way. Choose your colors and add your logo once, and the Widget, the Help Center, and the reports all match your brand.
