If answering customers is still your job, your week gets eaten by questions you have already answered. What are your hours. Where is my order. How do I change my plan.
airys answers those for you, from what you have already written, and ask for guidance with the ones that genuinely need a person.
The three parts
A help site. You write an article once — “How refunds work”, “Our opening hours” — and it becomes a page customers can read, and the source airys answers from.
A chat widget. One line of HTML on your site puts a chat bubble in the corner. Someone asks a question, airys answers from your articles, and shows which article the answer came from.
A shared inbox. Every conversation lands in one place, whether it started in the chat widget or by email. Most of them are already answered by the time you look.
What it does not do
airys does not invent answers. If nothing you have written covers a question, it says so and brings you in rather than guessing.
It does not answer a customer and keep you in the dark either — you can read every conversation, step into any of them, and take over whenever you want to.
Where to start
Write one article. The question you answer most often is the right one. Everything else in airys works from there.
