Open Articles and choose New article. An article is two things at once: a page on your help site, and the source airys answers from.
If you already have articles in another help center, start with “Bringing in a help center you already have” rather than retyping them.
Pick the right question
The one you answer most often. Not the most interesting one — the most repeated one. If you have answered it three times this month in an email, it belongs here.
Write it for someone in a hurry
A title that matches how customers ask. “How do I get a refund?” beats “Refund policy”. People search with their own words, and so does airys.
The answer in the first two lines. Anyone who stops reading after one sentence should still have what they came for.
Then the detail. Conditions, steps, exceptions.
Plain language. No internal names for things unless your customers use them too.
Short is fine. Three sentences that answer the question completely beat a page that buries it.
Publish it
A draft is invisible: not on your help site, and not something airys can answer from. Publishing does both at once, and airys can use it within moments.
Changing it later
Edit and publish again. The new version replaces the old everywhere — help site and answers — and airys stops using what you removed.
If you find airys answering something badly, the fix is almost always the article, not a setting.
